BRAWL BUILDER PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: October 23, 2026 Brawl Builder ("the app") is made by Four Corners Development Group ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. We don't sell your personal information. INFORMATION WE DON'T COLLECT There's no sign-up: the app never asks for your name or email address, and we don't collect your contacts, photos or precise location. INFORMATION KEPT ON YOUR DEVICE Your progress (stages cleared, best scores, ratings you give stages), the levels you build, and your settings (such as music on or off) are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. SHARED LEVELS (GOOGLE FIREBASE AND ICLOUD) Shared ("community") levels are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Google Firebase, so players on iPhone and Android can browse, play, rate and report them. - Each copy of the app signs in to Firebase anonymously, which gives it a random Firebase ID. Browsing and playing shared levels needs nothing more. - Sharing, rating and reporting need an account: on iPhone, Game Center. The app then links your Game Center player identifiers and nickname to your Firebase ID (so you keep the same ID, for example after reinstalling the app). - A shared level includes the level itself, its name, your Game Center nickname as its creator, your Firebase ID and when it was shared. Ratings and reports you send are stored with your Firebase ID (and, for a report, its reason). To limit spam, the app also records how many levels you've shared each day. - On iPhone, shared levels, ratings and reports are also stored in the app's public iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), together with an anonymous iCloud identifier for your account that Apple provides. Apple handles this data under Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). Other players can see shared levels and their creators' nicknames. You can take down a level you shared at any time from Community Levels; to have the rest of your shared-level data deleted, email us (below). Google processes Firebase data under its policies: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy https://policies.google.com/privacy ANALYTICS (GOOGLE FIREBASE) The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played, so we can improve it: for example which stages are started and finished, game overs, whether the level editor and online play are used, and in-app purchases. Firebase also collects information such as an app-specific installation identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, approximate country, and when the app is opened. This information isn't used to identify you, isn't linked to the advertising identifier, and isn't sold. Google processes it under its policies: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy https://policies.google.com/privacy ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB) The free version of the app shows ads from Google AdMob between stages and a banner on its menus. To show and measure ads, Google's software may collect information such as your device's IP address (used for approximate location), device type and settings, an app-specific device identifier, and how you interact with ads. On iPhone, if you allow tracking when asked, it may also use your device's advertising identifier; on Android it may use your device's advertising ID. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy You can limit ad tracking in your device's settings: on iPhone, Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, Settings > Security & privacy > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID. On iPhone, buying "Remove Ads" in the app turns ads off. GAME CENTER On iPhone, if you're signed in to Apple Game Center, the app sends your number of stages cleared and your high score to Game Center leaderboards, where other players can see them alongside your Game Center nickname. Online matches also run through Game Center: the players in a match see each other's nicknames, and your game sends your button presses to them while you play. Apple relays this traffic; we don't store it. Apple handles this data under Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). You can sign out of Game Center in your device's settings. IN-APP PURCHASES On iPhone, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only learns whether you've bought "Remove Ads". CHILDREN The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. CHANGES If we change this policy, we'll update this file and the date at the top.
